About this book

Language: German

The author, born in 1940 and a vet by profession, has since early youth been especially thrilled by raptor ornithology. This book presents the results and insights of his past six decades of research. The focus is on the large hawk with its well determinable locomotor performance differentiations, which at the same time acts as a reference species for comprehensive comparisons with other prey groups, such as hawks, buzzards and vultures.
