The book has been brought very closely up-to-date and the presentation of knowledge in several of the chapters in couched with better understanding than in the earlier edition. The first edition of The Potato Crop was a good book. The second edition is better. Yes, it is worth buying again - Journal of Agricultural Science; ... one of the best reference texts available...usable tool of knowlege - Elsevier Science; The book has been brought very closely up-to-date and the presentation of knowledge in several of the chapters couched with better understanding than in the earlier edition.
