This commemorative volume acknowledges the central contributions of the late Theodore A. Parker to neotropical ornithology. The volume contains 51 papers, 12 co-authored by Parker. Seven new species are described, and 20 forms are raised to species status in revisions of species limits for several important groups. Many papers focus on distribution and biogeography, forgaing ecology, and conservation.
