For each species, and in some cases, groups of similar species, the following data are provided: botanical names (genus, species, family, synonyms); international trade name and vernacular names; tree/bole description; wood description; technological characteristics (both physical and mechanical); processing (including kiln schedules); natural durabiliity and treatability; uses.
