Biography

Timothy O'Riordan is Associate Director of the Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment and Professor of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia. Heather Voisey is a Senior Research Associate in the Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment at the University of East Anglia.
