About this book

The cultivation of organisms in warm marine waters is a developing area as greater demands are placed on the production of aquatic food from traditional resources. This book addresses the development of mariculture in the tropics and brings together chapters written by world experts in the field.

Tropical Mariculture contains several chapters that provide good overviews of their subject matter, and all in this heterogeneous collection of papers gives a serviceable introduction to aquaculture practices in the region. --LIMNOLOGY AND OCEANOGRAPHY
