The aim of this handbook is to set out a policy on issues affecting cave conservation, to propose a number of initiatives to take cave conservation forward and provide the necessary help to achieve this. The handbook has been produced in consultation with, and has the support of, all the statutory conservation agencies including English Nature, Countryside Council for Wales, Scottish Natural Heritage and the respective country archaeological bodies. The first update/amendment is included in the price and there will be an option to subscribe to further updates in the future.
