Biography

Lawrence Harte has over 18 years experience in the electronics industry and is president of APDG, Inc. in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. He earned his M.B.A. in business management from Wake Forest University in Virginia. Mr. Harte is the author of several books and over 75 articles on telecommunications technology. He also holds a number of patents relating to cellular technology.
