Biography

Dr Tom Hayden is a senior lecturer in the Department of Zoology at the National University of Ireland, Dublin (formerly UCD). He is the Director of the Mammal Research Group, and has particular interest in behavioural ecology, evolution and the origin's of Ireland's mammals. Dr Rory Harrrington is a senior scientist with the National Parks and Wildlife Service of Duchas, The Heritage Service. Head of Mammal Research, Conservation Genetics and Biodiversity Research, he works in the areas of forestry land use, ecology and genetics at NUI Dublin and at Yale in the US.
