This Visual Optics 'Video Stik' fibreoptic scope is designed for remote inspection of areas generally inaccessible to the naked eye. It comes with a
distal video camera at the end of a 36" / 91 cm shaft for internal inspection of any space such as walls or old tree trunks.
Imaging and illumination is provided by a full colour image sensor and dual solid state LEDs which are controlled by an on/off rocker switch.
This video scope has a full colour 2.5" / 6.4 cm LCD video display, so you can observe live video from the distal camera. rather than having to look through an eyepiece. It also has a video output, so the images you see can be recorded on a personal media player (IUBI Blue recommended) or appropriate laptop with USB Video Accelerator.
The endoscope is powered by 4 x AA batteries and comes in a protective case for storage and transportation.
Mirror and magnet accessories are also included. The angled mirror fits on the end of the cable and allows you to see 90 degrees to the axis of the shaft. The magnet accessory will pick up small metal objects up to approximately 125 g from otherwise inaccessible places.
