Founded in 1804, the Royal Horticultural Society has grown to be
the world's leading horticultural organisation. The Society's
best-known venture is organising the world famous Chelsea Flower
Show, but behind the scenes vital work by RHS botanists,
entomologists, plant pathologists, plant physiologists, soil
scientists and general horticultural advisers ensure that the best
and most up-to-date advice is available for all.
An interest in gardening is all you need to enjoy being a Member
of the RHS. As Britain's gardening charity, the RHS brings you
year-round gardening advice, ideas and inspiration.
