Zhejiang Baishanzu Forest Dynamics Plot: Tree Species and their Distribution Patterns describes the species diversity in forest plots in the Fengyangshan-Baishanzu National Nature Reserve, a nature reserve in the southwest Zhejiang province of eastern China. Including only plants that are large than 1 cm in diameter, 132 kinds of woody plants are found here. For each species text descriptions are given, as well as two to three photographs showing the plant's trunk, twigs, inflorescence, fruit or seedlings, etc., for easy identification, along with the long-term positioning of each plant in the 5hm² study population, the distribution within plots and the number and size structure of individual populations. Meanwhile the plot topography, soil, and vegetation are also presented.
