This Catalogue contains data on the type-specimens of 57 species group taxa (a total of 134 specimens) deposited in the two most important insect collections of the Russian Federation: the Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, St.-Petersburg, and the Zoological Museum of Moscow University; types of one taxon are deposited in the Zoological Museum of the Biological Institute, Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences (Novosibirsk).The type-specimens are listed as they have been designated in collections and/or shown to be the types in original descriptions. The names originally established as infrasubspecific are also included.

The taxa are listed alphabetically, followed by the reference to the original description, with their original status and combination, and (if necessary) subsequent changes in their rank and status. For each specimen the data are quoted directly from the labels, the text of each label is given in bold, the pair of marks « » indicates the extent of each label, single lines are divided by /; all remarks are given in light face; all inferred data (dates, author's name, abbreviation extensions) are closed in square brackets. The most important publications immeditely relating the type material are cited under «Additional published data» (in italics) and referred to «References».
