Faune et Flore Tropicales

This series, originally titled Faune Tropicale, was retitled Faune et Flore Tropicales with the publication of volume 33. It deals with invertebrate and vertebrate as well as plant systematics in the warm areas of the world. Initially published by the IRD alone, from 2002 the series has been co-published by IRD and the Paris Natural History Museum, with occassional involvement of the Royal Museum for Central Africa in Belgium.

The series will also incorporate the Flore de la Nouvelle-Calédonie from volume 26 onwards (which is Faune et Flore Tropicales, Volume 45). This series is listed separately as the first 25 volumes were published outside of the Faune et Flore Tropicales.
