The Insects and Arachnids of Canada

A comprehensive identification manual to the insects, spiders and other arachnids of Canada. Each volume provides comprehensive bilingual (English/French) identification keys to species and genera. In total, 25 volumes have been published.

In July 2012 we have been advised by NRC Research Press that future monographs that were going to be published in the series will instead be reformatted to appear in the Canadian Journal of Arthropod Identification.

Volumes printed between 1976-1993 have been made available online at the website of the Entomological Society of Canada.
