The Audio-Technica AT8022 is a versatile X/Y Stereo Condenser Microphone. Its innovative capsule configuration means it is able to produce an accurate stereo image in a compact and portable housing. This combined with the low frequency roll off switch and phantom or battery power options, makes it an ideal choice for stereo field recording or camera-mount use. The Microphone comes supplied with two cables: one balanced (two 3-pin XLRM-type connectors at output); one unbalanced (3.5 mm TRS at output). The microphone can be powered either by phantom power or by an internal AA battery (not supplied).
