About this book
From the seashore through wetlands and rivers, past towns and pastures and on up to the high country, this book covers all the birds you're likely to see in New Zealand. It describes 100 birds, including some rare and endangered species. Importantly it includes both native and introduced birds. For each bird there is accessible, informative and anecdotal text and a stunning photograph to go with it. Cleverly photographed and gorgeously designed, Beautiful Birds of New Zealand is a must-have both for its beauty and reference material.
