This monograph is the result of many years of bryofloristic studies of the territories of the Republic of Belarus and Eastern Europe. The book substantiates a systematic approach to the study of flora, considers the main taxonomic, geographical, ecological and biological features of the bryocomplexes of Belarus in the system of bryofloras of Eastern Europe. A summary of bryophyte species of Eastern Europe is given, including information on their ecology and distribution, with maps of locations given. A system of geographic elements of bryophyte species of Eastern Europe is proposed. The anthropogenic impact on the bryoflora and bryophytes protection are considered. It is intended for a wide range of specialists in the field of botany, forestry, nature conservation, and for biology students and teachers at universities.

Монография является итогом многолетних бриофлористических исследований территорий Республики Беларусь и Восточной Европы. В книге обосновывается системный подход к изучению флоры, рассмотрены основные таксономические, географические и эколого-биологические особенности бриокомплексов Беларуси в системе бриофлор Восточной Европы. Приводится конспект видов мохообразных Восточной Европы, даны их экология, распространение, включая карты местонахождений. Предложена система географических элементов видов мохообразных Восточной Европы. Рассмотрены особенности антропогенного воздействия на бриофлору и вопросы охраны мохообразных. Предназначена для широкого круга специалистов в области ботаники, лесоведения, охраны природы, для студентов и преподавателей вузов биологического профиля.
