BugDorm-2 Medium Insect Rearing Tent (75 x 75 x 115cm)

About this product

The Medium Insect Rearing Tent (75 x 75 x 115cm) from BugDorm has a lightweight fibreglass frame which collapses down into separate poles for easy transportation and storage. Front and back panels are made from clear plastic which allows for easy observation, and side panels are made from polyester or fine nylon netting for ventilation. Support poles are located on the outside of the enclosure so that there are no nooks and crannies for insects to get lost in.

The tent has three openings in the front panel. The larger zippered opening is big enough to insert and remove plants. Within this zippered opening are two smaller 18cm diameter sleeves which can be used for the addition of food to the tent and for handling insects. These sleeves are located at different heights so that different parts of the tent can be accessed easily.

Available with either polyester (680μm mesh) or fine nylon (160μm mesh) netting.
