NHBS Covid-19 Update

During this extraordinarily difficult time we have two main objectives - protecting our staff and their families from coronavirus, and ensuring that we continue to provide goods and services to the conservation sector and all who are passionate about the natural world.

As an online retail business we have remained open, and have adjusted our operations to make sure our customers still receive the high level of service they have come to expect from NHBS, including renting extra office space in order to create safe and socially distanced work spaces.

Our customer service team is ready and waiting to respond to your emails and answer your phone calls, and for staff who are shielding or vulnerable, our remote working systems ensure that they can continue to work and support our customers throughout this time. The couriers we use are still delivering daily across the world, and are doing so in a safe manner to assist those who are self isolating and to avoid spreading the virus.

We are following UK government guidelines in order to reduce the risk of contracting or spreading the virus and, to this end, have been providing updates to all staff on the latest news and best practice. Though we are not able to travel to conferences or events to meet our customers, we are very much enjoying sponsoring and being part of online conferences and wildlife events. We look forward to being able to travel again in the future, and meet our wonderful customers in person again.

We wish you all the best of health through these troubling times.
