About this book

Language: Dutch, with trilingual identification keys in English, Dutch, and French

The Cortinarius focus group of the KVMV (the Royal Mycological Society of Flanders) has brought together 20 years of data in an identification guide on all species of the subgenus Telamonia found in Flanders so far. After an exhaustive introduction; and a manual on how to gather, observe, and document these fungi; follow trilingual identification keys. Other than classic macroscopic traits, these keys use microscopical features that will allow more certainty in identification. The keys describe 117 taxa (species, varieties and forms). Each taxon is described and illustrated with a colour photo or colour illustration, and line drawings of microscopic features. In addition, there are 19 colour plates. Lastly, the book includes exhaustive lists of nomenclature, synonyms, useful literature and illustrations, and a list of corresponding species names in Dutch.
