Biography

Previously a director of Outward Bound Wales, Jon Clift taught outdoor pursuits for many years, going on to take a Masters in Sustainable Environmental Management. He now works as a freelance environmental consultant and lives in Salcombe, South Devon. Before moving to Devon 15 years ago to run a smallholding, Amanda Cuthbert worked in theatre and in television, writing, presenting and producing programmes. Author of two books, she now works as a freelance writer and marketing consultant and lives in Dartington, Devon.
