Wetlands and the Carbon Cycle discusses the characteristics and different types of wetlands and takes a detailed look at wetland carbon cycling at both local and global levels. Cryosphere is concerned with ice on Earth, on land, underground and in the oceans. This topic also examines the interactions between the cryosphere and people, and its role in environmental change. Throughout the book there are questions and activities for the reader to engage with. Answers and explanations are provided at the end of each section.
