Biography

Charlotte de la Bedoyere has a lifelong interest in the environment and in natural gardening. She has a large, flourishing garden as well as forty acres of woodland, which contains over 250 different species of wild plants. The woodland has been named as a site of nature-conservation interest. She is the author of The Handbook of Native Trees and Shrubs, also published by New Holland. Charlotte lives in Mayfield in East Sussex.
