About this book

Language: German

Die Gewässer des Lavanttales is the first in a series covering Carinthian lake regions. Compared to other regions, the Lavanttales boast several rare aquatic organisms. The high diversity can be seen in the form of fish, which of the nationally known 53 species of fish, 40 species were detected in the Lavanttales. In addition to the chapter on fish fauna, the authors deal with hydrology, geology, water quality, crayfish and other invertebrate groups.
