About this book

Language: Bilingual in French and German

This is an update of the fish inventory produced in the late 1980's which led to the publication of Liste Rouge des Poissons et Cyclostomes de Suisse (Kirchhofer, Zaugg and Pedroli) and Atlas de Distribution des Poissons et Cyclostomes de Suisse (Kirchhofer, Zaugg and Pedroli). The new work provides details on information obtained between 1983 and 2002 and compares the initially obtained data with that more recently collected. For each taxon there is a distribution map, synthesis table and text on the current status in Switzerland, plus an identification key and list of species.
