This flora describes in detail over 2,500 species present in the Italian province of Trento and is based on 1,327,662 georeferenced data points, contributed by a network of 650 volunteers during a total of approximately 3,150 field survey excursions distributed throughout the province. The book maps six species new to science, 54 extinct species, 254 exotic species have. This publication represents the culmination of the thirty years of research carried out in the region for the Floristic Cartography of Trentino project.

Un patrimonio di 1.327.662 dati georeferenziati, alla raccolta dei quali ha contribuito una rete di 650 volontari, per un totale di circa 3.150 escursioni di rilevamento in campo distribuite su tutta la provincia. Sono state mappate 6 specie nuove per la scienza, 54 specie estinte, 254 specie esotiche. Questa pubblicazione rappresente il punto d'arrivo della ricerca trentennale svolta sul territorio per il progetto Cartografia Floristica del Trentino.
