About this product

This Gradometer is designed for fast and accurate transects where a slope is an important factor. It is the ideal instrument for detailed overground section surveys and transects over all kinds of gradients especially valley cross and long profiles to highlight terraces, kick points and rotational shifts. The Gradometer is constructed from very heavy duty black plastic which is light but robust. It has a built-in clinometer and a spirit level mounted onto a metal plate for increased accuracy. Complete with instructions and a template for producing your own data collection sheets. A must for GCSE projects and survey work at 'A' level and beyond. Component parts come loose and simple construction is required using the bolts and wing nuts provided.
