About this book

Language: French

This version is a re-jacketed special edition of Hyper Nature on the occasion of the exhibition "La Nature au Coeur de la Ville" that runs in Paris from the 20th of September 2014, to the 18th of January 2015.

This book revolutionized traditional nature photography. By means of custom-made software, the author creates composite images that shows the reader an almost living nature, that you would expect to jump from the page. These realistic, "quasi 3D" images are not single photographs, but composite images, subject to long hours of correction, formed from the merging of dozens of shots.

The author's work magnifies subjects, animals or plants, offering the reader a new understanding of the most common species. Another achievement has been to make these pictures in nature, so with living, moving subjects and not in the studio. The very popular book explains to enthusiasts, in a didactic A-to-Z format, the whole process of implementation of this innovative future technology.
