Yala National Park in Sri Lanka has one of the world’s most dense leopard populations. When author Nanda Senanayake visited Yala in December 2004 he observed eight different leopards in less than 24 hours which encouraged him to keep a detailed record of his observations on his regular visits to Yala in the next seven years and nine months. The results of his observations, together with photos taken during that time, are in this book.
