About this product

This cold light source provides excellent additional illumination and can be used in conjunction with any microscope. With dual 30 Watt bulbs mounted on fully moveable gooseneck arms, the user has total control to provide illumination where necessary. The unit has a particularly low noise level with a very easy bulb change system. The unique Photonic optical component eliminates the dark centre of the light cone, which is often a feature of other makes. This increases the light intensity by up to 40%. The variable illumination control features a soft start and turbo boost that considerably lengthens the bulb life. This is a superb quality cold light source that will last many years.
