Biography

Dr. Brian Bayne has served on many national and international committees--including Genetics of Marine Organisms and Coastal Marine Sciences – in the UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, and the Netherlands. He was a senior scientist within the National Environment Research Council (NERC) in the UK. His other achievements include Fisheries Research Fellow, Appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE), and Honorary Professor at University of Sydney (now retired).
