About this book

Language: English with introductory matter bilingual in English and Hindi

This bulletin summarizes recent developments in metallogeny and mineral exploration in Rajasthan, India. In the IX Central Geological Programming Board (CGPB) Committee III meeting on Base metal and Strategic Minerals held at Jaipur on 26.09.2013, it was recommended to bring out a special issue on recent research on mineral exploration and allied disciplines specific to the western Indian Shield. The endeavour has been to bring out several unpublished maps, surface and subsurface data on recent mineral exploration projects by different organizations and the nature of the database that is being accrued through nation-wide geochemical and geophysical mapping programs of the Geological Survey of India.
