About this product

Woven polyester mesh bags and precision-welded mesh net bags to fit the Professional Hand Net (250mm wide) series of frames. These high-quality bags are interchangeable, so you can keep several net bags for one frame. The bags are available in both standard (300 mm) and deep (500 mm) configurations in a wide variety of mesh sizes. The 1, 2 and 5 mm mesh bags are made from a woven polyester material, whereas the smaller mesh sizes are made from a precision-welded nylon material.

The most commonly used mesh size for kick net sampling and general aquatic surveying is 1mm, while 2 mm is generally better suited to amphibian surveys..

Please note: All mesh sizes are coloured white except the 5 mm mesh, which is black
