About this book

This volume is a revision of an unfinished mansuscript surveing Hawaiian ascidians which written by the first author between 1941 and 1986. After his death, his co-authors continued work on the manuscript, adding and enlarging introductory sections, taking into account modern taxonomic developments and revisions, and adding illustrations.
