Biography

Dermot O'Neill's grandmother grew an abundance of old-fashioned roses and he recalls hours as a boy in her garden surrounded by these wonderful flowers. As one of Ireland's best-loved gardening personalities, Dermot brings his joy of gardening to a wide audience. He contributes regularly to Irish national television and radio - for example appearing on Radio 1's Today with Pat Kenny - was a correspondent for the Sunday Times, and the editor of Garden Heaven.
