Skanemjarden Crayfish Trap

About this product

A Swedish trap which is lightweight and stackable. A rigid entry tunnel leads to the bait in the middle. The trap is hinged in the centre so several traps can be stacked together when not in use. Volume 20 litres.

Suitable for larger species of crayfish such as the Signal crayfish.

Replacement bait boxes can also be purchased for this trap.

Please note:
Our native crayfish species is legally protected in Britain. Environment Agency consent is required for trapping any species of crayfish in the UK, and a further licence is required from Natural England or the Natural Resources Wales for handling the British species Austropotamobius pallipes. Seek guidance from your local Environment Agency office before commencing any sort of crayfish trapping.
