About this book

Language: Finnish

Spiders are feared and generally disliked. This wonderful book presents all 42 species of jumping spiders in Finland, which are charming little jumpers. It tells you where you can find jumping spiders and teaches you how to tell them apart. The book tells about jumping spiders that suckle, rise into the air with the help of the electric field of the atmosphere and fly for hundreds of kilometers, jump on vertical walls and grow back their detached legs. The in-depth information book is easy to read and suitable for a general audience. The wonderful photography is unique.

Summary in Finnish:
Syvällinen tietokirja on helppolukuinen, tavalliselle lukijalle soveltuva. Upea kuva-aineisto on kansainvälisestikin ainutlaatuinen.
