Biography

WYN GRANT is Professor of Politics at the University of Warwick and was Marshall-Monnet Fellow at the University of Washington, Seattle, in the Spring of 1999. His publications include The Common Agricultural Policy, Pressure Groups and British Politics, and Autos, Smog and Pollution Control. - DUNCAN MATTHEWS is Jean Monnet Lecturer in the Law and Politics of European Integration at the Department of Politics and International Studies, University of Warwick. - PETER NEWELL is Governance Research Fellow at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex.
