Biography

Guy Barter is the RHS's chief horticultural advisor and an acknowledged expert in the field of gardening; he is passionate about encouraging biodiversity in gardens. Guy joined RHS Garden Wisley in 1990 as superintendent of plant trials, and he now runs the RHS Members' Advisory Service, which offers practical gardening advice in response to members' questions.
