About this product

The Unilink Digital Camera Adaptor is the universal digital camera adapter for cameras that have a screw thread on the lens housing. It has an integral lens system and will fit monocular, binocular and trinocular compound and stereomicroscopes (please note, the Unilink is not compatible with the DM5 field stereo microscope).

The Unilink has a 37mm screw thread which will need to be converted to the screw thread diameter of your camera - for example Nikon Coolpix 4500/995 has a 28mm thread therefore a 28 to 37mm step ring is required. Step rings can be found in any high street photographic shop. To attach your camera successfully all that you require is the Unilink plus the step ring to suit your camera lens.

Please note that when using the Unilink with binocular stereo microscopes, you will also require a Stereo Microscope Insert Adaptor. When using the Unilink with a trinocular stereo microscpe, the Unilink is compatible with the trinocular tube (thus you do not need the Stereo Microscope Insert Adaptor).

If your digital camera does not have a screw thread you can use the Linkarm to attach it to the Unilink.
