About this book

Language: Portuguese

This publication is a pioneering contribution to the Project "Birds of Atlantic Forest Fragments in the State of Rio de Janeiro" (in preparation) in Chico Mendes Municipal Natural Park, for there was to date no catalog of the birds in this locality. Fifty species were randomly chosen for illustration, some easy to observe, others not so much. This publication is an updated list with 139 species in the park, with seven new records that were not included in previous lists.
