This book on Orchid Flora of Kamrup District of Assam has explored the orchid species of three major districts of the state of Assam in its present political form namely Barpeta, Nalbari and Kamrup districts of the lower Brahmaputra valley including the famous Manas Wild Life Sanctuary.
