Biography

Robin Restall is an acclaimed artist and author who currently resides in Venezuela. His previous books include the Helm Identification Guide Munias and Mannikins (1998) and the epic, two-volume Birds of Northern South America (Helm, 2008).

Steve Hilty is the author of Birds of Venezuela (2002). An expert on the birds of the neotropics, he is a tour leader and a research associate at the University of Kansas.
