New Naturalist Series

New Naturalist books have since become required reading on British wildlife for three generations of scientists, conservationists and enthusiasts. The New Naturalist is the most famous series of books on Britain’s natural history and first editions have long been collector’s items, there is even a dedicated New Naturalist Collectors’ Club. The series has been revitalised in recent years with more in preparation and is a perennial bestseller.

Please note that publication dates and volume numbers for forthcoming titles are subject to change.

NHBS runs a Standing Order service for new volumes published in the series. If you would like to ensure that you receive a first edition on publication, please contact us at
