This film takes you on an adventure in the Highlands of Scotland to find what can be considered as Scotland's "Big Five" animals that visitors would like to see on a visit to the last true wilderness of the British Isles. Could the Big Five include the many wild goats found on many of the island, or the many grey and common (harbour) seals that can be found along the coastline? Or perhaps the beaver that has been re-introduced after an absence of over 400 years? What about the elusive yet still relatively common otter, made famous by Gavin Maxwell's Ring of Bright Water?

Three years in the making, Flyaway Productions have embarked on a challenging, if not controversial, project in finding the top five animals that make the Scottish Highlands one of the best wildlife watching areas of the UK.
