Barrel Pooter

About this product

Barrel pooters are an effective way of collecting small invertebrate specimens. The shorter tube should be placed over the subject whilst the user sucks on the longer hose to draw it into the collecting chamber.

These Barrel Pooters (aspirators) have a transparent plastic barrel and vinyl hose which is connected to the barrel with a cork (30mm) or rubber (20mm) bung. Available with a 20mm or 30mm diameter barrel. The 20mm version has a 5mm diameter tube and the 30mm version is available with either a 5mm or 7mm tube.
