About this book

This book has been mainly written for the research workers and students of various Universities, who are interested to use eco-friendly indigenous plant materials in pest management programme. The book provides a brief amount on different plants having pesticidal properties viz., plant taxonomy, geographical distribution, chemical constitutions and their structural formula, their mode of action, procedure for preparation and their safety to non target organisms.

It is hoped that this book will be very useful to graduate/post graduate students of Agriculture as well as Basic science, researchers and extension workers.
