Catálogo crítico de la flora vascular del Parque, ordenado sistemáticamente. Se estudia el gradiente altitudinal de la flora, se enumeran las novedades florísticas, los espectros corológico y de formas biológicas, los endemismos, las especies mediterráneas y atlánticas, así como otros listados de especies con distintos límites de área presentes. Se dedican apartados especiales a la flora de los "tresmiles", a la de las majadas, a las localidades de flora abisales sometidas a inversión térmica, al Castillo Mayor de Puértolas, a las especies que alcanzan algún récord altitudinal en el PNOMP y para acaba este apartado damos el listado de especies incluidas en algún catálogo de flora amenazada. Damos propuestas para la conservación de la flora amenazada del Parque, y para la ampliación del espacio protegido. Finalizamos con el bloque de 615 mapas de distribución con cuadrícula UTM de 1x1 kilómetros y la bibliografía consultada.
