About this book

Language: English

This book provides a comprehensive checklist of vascular plants occurring on the Korean Peninsula, including updated nomenclature and taxonomic information reflecting recent botanical research. The book represents a successor to the earlier Provisional Checklist of Vascular Plants for the Korea Peninsula Flora (KPF) published in 2014. The provisional checklist served as the predecessor to the present volume and compiled native and naturalised pteridophytes, conifers, and flowering plants recorded from the Korean Peninsula. The newly published checklist builds upon and substantially updates that earlier work, and covers 203 families, 1219 genera, and 3744 species.
